Hi friends, This is Prateek and today I am going to tell you that all people drink water daily but how many of us know the right way of drinking water. It's proven many times by the survey that 99% of people drink water in wrong way, And you know many of our health problems occur just because of wrong way of drinking water.
We all know that drinking water regularly is good for the body. It is important to think water as a nutrient for your body needs.
Approximately two-thirds of the adult human body is made of water. And did you know your tissues and organs are mainly made up of water. Our brain is 80% water, our muscles (including our heart) are 75% water, our blood is 83% water, our lungs are 90% water, our skin is 64% water and even our bones are 30% water !!!!

- AFTER WAKING UP
Drink one glass of water waking up to help activate your internal organs. The water will help to remove any toxins before your first meal of the day.
- BEFORE A MEAL
Drink one glass of water 30 minutes before a meal to help digestion. Remember not to drink too soon before or after a meal as the water will dilute the digestive juices. Drink water an hour after the meal to allow the body to absorb the nutrients.
- BEFORE A BATH
Drink one glass of water before taking a bath to help lower your blood pressure.
